Financial Analyst

TJX Canada is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and data accuracy for inventory adjustments. This role involves preparing reports, maintaining ledger accuracy, and collaborating with business partners to provide analytical insights and recommendations. The position offers exposure to budgeting, process improvements, and retail accounting within a hybrid work environment.

• Plan, forecast, analyze, and report on inventory adjustments
• Prepare financial, budget, and ad-hoc reports
• Maintain accuracy of inventory stock ledger
• Ensure timely journal entries and investigate system errors
• Coordinate year-end process and support physical inventory counts
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for ad-hoc analysis and recommendations
