Analyst, Exit - EMEA & APAC

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst, Exit to support employee offboarding processes for EMEA & APAC regions in Manila. This role ensures accurate and compliant processing of employee exits while maintaining a positive employee experience. You will gain foundational HR operations expertise in a regional shared services environment.

• Execute end-to-end employee exit transactions
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Partner with payroll, HRBPs, and IT for seamless offboarding
• Manage and track service requests against SLAs
• Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
