Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant at Baxter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for the Bardy Diagnostics Business Unit. This hands-on position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex accounting functions, including monthly closings, general ledger reconciliations, and accounts payable operations.

• Complete monthly closings by the 2nd day of each month
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Lead AP day-to-day operations including invoice processing and vendor management
• Prepare and review journal entries
• Monitor and account for fixed assets
• Prepare state tax apportionment and monthly sales and use taxes
