Sr Financial Analyst

Join Flex as a Sr Financial Analyst to provide regional financial and accounting support for operations across the Americas. You will analyze financial information, support monthly close activities, offer technical guidance to multiple sites, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. This role is key to informed decision-making and strengthening financial processes.

• Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet fluctuations
• Provide financial and accounting support to multiple sites
• Participate in monthly financial close process
• Collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, and cross-functional teams
• Develop guidelines and recommendations to strengthen processes
• Support internal and external audits
