Finance Analyst Associate - FP&A

As a Finance Analyst Associate, you will support the organization's financial objectives by providing accounting and finance services. This role is key in delivering data-driven insights to aid strategic decision-making, focusing on deep analysis, forecasting, and business partnering to drive profitable growth.

• Analyze and present monthly financial results, identifying performance drivers
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for business strategy
• Support monthly forecast and annual budget cycles
• Own portions of the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for performance monitoring
• Conduct pricing and cost analysis to improve margins
