Lease Accountant

KnitWell Group is seeking a Lease Accountant to ensure the accuracy of occupancy costs in financial statements. This role involves maintaining the lease accounting system, preparing monthly closing processes, and collaborating with various departments. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 2-3 years of experience.

• Maintain lease accounting system (Lucernex)
• Record ROU assets, Lease Liability, Tenant Allowances
• Review and update ASC 842 schedules
• Prepare monthly account analyses and reconciliations
• Process monthly accruals and coding requests
• Assist with audit requests
