Sr. Financial Analyst (3 open roles total) - (Hybrid - Seattle, WA)

Nordstrom is hiring 10 Senior Financial Analysts to partner with business leaders, providing data-driven insights and financial modeling. These hybrid roles require 4 days per week in the Seattle office and involve owning reporting, planning, and forecasting to drive strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.

• Lead financial planning and analysis for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
• Develop and enhance financial models and scalable tools
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings for finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions
• Communicate trade-offs and priorities to business leaders
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation
