Financial Planning Analyst II

The Financial Planning Analyst II supports the Colorado School of Mines' Finance, Administration, and Operations office by providing critical financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will manage a portfolio of campus units, develop financial models, and enhance budgeting systems to ensure the university's financial health. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Analyze and report on campus portfolio budget and fund variances
• Develop financial models for forecasting revenues and expenses
• Support strategic initiatives and campus projects with financial analysis
• Manage financial operations and serve as a consultant to campus leaders
• Enhance business processes and documentation for financial services
• Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning and Tableau for reporting and analysis
