Accounting Analyst (Temporary)

Energynorthwest is seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to provide financial guidance and analytical support within the Finance Department. This temporary role involves stewardship of financial activity, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and preparing various financial reports and statements. The position requires a strong understanding of financial systems, monthly/annual closing processes, and audit procedures.

• Provide financial guidance and analytical support
• Manage monthly and annual accounting requirements
• Develop and maintain financial processes and analysis
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and tax certifications
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and laws
• Support financial system maintenance and enhancements
