Billing Specialist

Mnctransportation is seeking an Accounting and Billing Specialist to manage billing processes, accounts payable, and school bus contract billing. This role ensures accurate and timely financial transactions and compliance with company policies. The position also provides backup for payroll processing and supports other accounting functions.

• Prepare and process billing for school bus contracts, charter services, and transportation operations
• Manage accounts payable, including coding, entering, and reconciling vendor invoices
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Serve as a backup for payroll processing
• Respond to billing and accounts payable inquiries
