Client Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

Elementfleet is seeking a Client Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the end-to-end collections process for a complex portfolio of accounts. This role ensures timely payments, maintains client relationships, and supports financial accuracy by resolving discrepancies and providing consistent reporting. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.

• Manage end-to-end collections process
• Oversee full collections lifecycle and ensure timely payments
• Perform account reconciliation and issue resolution using SAP and Excel
• Manage client conversations and deliver cadenced reporting
• Partner with Billing, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams
• Track metrics and escalate risks
