Accountant I, FAO - Bilingual (Senior AP specialist)

We are seeking a Bilingual Accountant I with a strong understanding of accounting principles and advanced Excel skills to join our team. In this role, you will supervise accounting work, perform senior-level accounting duties, develop new processes, investigate and resolve accounting issues, and evaluate accounting treatments for transactions. This is a full-time position based in GTM Ciudad de Guatemala.

• Supervise and train accounting staff
• Perform Senior Revenue or GL Accountant duties
• Develop and implement new accounting processes
• Investigate and resolve complex accounting issues
• Evaluate accounting treatment for transactions
• Advanced Excel skills and Google Suite proficiency
