This role involves supporting land entitlement and development expenditures, preparing financial models and reports, and forecasting cash flows. The position requires onsite attendance at the Division Office and surrounding communities.
What we are looking for
6- Assist Land and Finance teams with documentation of land entitlement and development expenditures
- Prepare financial models to support feasibility processes
- Lead monthly reviews to reconcile land balances and development budgets
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Analyze soft costs and perform lot cost calculations
- Assist in forecasting cash flows for land purchase and development
