Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting

Apptronik is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to establish and lead their technical accounting function. This role will be the primary resource for complex accounting matters, support financial reporting and audit activities, and drive public-company readiness initiatives. You will partner closely with various departments and external auditors to support the company's growth and IPO journey.

• Lead research, interpretation, and application of complex accounting standards (U.S. GAAP)
• Prepare technical accounting memos, policies, and financial statement disclosures
• Own technical accounting and financial reporting for audit, IPO readiness, and public-company preparation
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering on new initiatives and transactions
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors and third-party specialists
• Build scalable processes, policies, and controls for a rapidly growing organization
