Lead Accountant, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

Join Trinzic, a new public company formed from KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business, as a Lead Accountant for SEC Reporting. You will be instrumental in building and supporting financial reporting, accounting, and governance processes during a pivotal period of growth and transformation. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of external financial reporting and public company compliance.

• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
• Research and apply U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Coordinate financial and non-financial data for external reporting
• Draft financial statement footnotes and disclosures
• Partner with internal and external auditors
• Identify process improvements for reporting and controls
