Associate, Accounting Technology & Implementation

Baker Tilly is seeking a tech-savvy Senior Associate to join their Value Acceleration Office (VAO) team. This role focuses on client onboarding and accounting system implementations, helping clients modernize their financial operations. You will implement and optimize cloud accounting solutions, provide accounting guidance, and design/optimize accounting processes.

• Implement and optimize cloud accounting solutions
• Perform accounting readiness services
• Provide accounting guidance and answer software-related questions
• Accounting process design and optimization
• Prepare documentation for smooth transition to service teams
• Communicate progress, flag risks, and seek clarification
