Senior Manager, Global Tax Accounting

Baxter is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Tax Accounting to lead tax provision processes, including projections and reporting under U.S. GAAP. This role involves strategic partnership with Finance leadership, team development, and driving process improvements within a global transformation initiative. The position requires strong technical tax accounting expertise and collaboration across various departments.

• Lead preparation and review of global corporate income tax provision
• Manage reporting of uncertain tax positions and effective tax rate
• Develop and mentor team members
• Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies
