Program Financial Analyst

CACI is seeking an experienced Program Financial Analyst to join their Digital & Network Technology Finance team. This role will partner with program managers to lead financial strategy, compliance, and performance, ensuring accuracy and supporting program operations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support program managers with financial planning, reporting, and contract analysis
• Ensure accurate project setup for cost tracking, revenue recognition, and billing
• Monitor contract budgets, maintain forecasts, and track cost performance
• Prepare financial reports including PMR, ETC, EAC, and client-specific reporting
• Conduct financial analysis including variance, risk/opportunity, and scenario modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program execution
