F&B Cost Analyst

Join Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando as an F&B Cost Analyst to support financial operations through accurate cost reporting and inventory management. You will monitor food and beverage costs, analyze purchasing activity, and produce key reports to drive profitability and compliance, partnering with Culinary, Operations, and Finance teams.

• Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly Food & Beverage costs
• Review purchasing activity for pricing trends and compliance
• Analyze variances against theoretical and budgeted targets
• Maintain pricing standards and inventory accuracy
• Conduct inventory audits and cost control checks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support cost initiatives
