Accounting Associate

As an Accounting Associate, you will be instrumental in managing accounts payable, processing vendor payments, and reviewing expenses to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. This role involves handling invoices, freight expenses, and corporate credit card transactions, collaborating with various teams to support financial operations.

• Process and validate outbound freight invoices
• Manage invoice processing, approvals, and GL coding
• Reconcile and process corporate credit card transactions
• Coordinate payment requests for shipping providers
• 0-4 years of accounting or AP experience
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
