Dorsia is seeking a Controller to lead and transform its accounting operations using AI-powered tools and scalable systems. This role involves owning month-end close, AP, budgeting, FinOps, audit, tax, and payroll, with a focus on real-time financial reporting and robust controls for a fast-paced consumer business.

• Own general ledger and full month-end close process
• Manage revenue recognition across multiple streams
• Deploy AI agents to automate accounting workflows
• Lead annual audit preparation and tax compliance
• Build internal controls and SOX-readiness
• Conduct line-by-line reviews of budgets and actuals
