Accountant

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Accountant to join their Financial Shared Services team, focusing on Labor Accounting. This hybrid role requires at least two days per week in the office and involves reviewing, processing, and monitoring labor transfers, ensuring accuracy, and resolving costing discrepancies. You will partner with various departments including Payroll, HR, and Timekeeping to maintain data integrity and support financial reporting.

• Review and process labor transfers
• Resolve labor costing discrepancies
• Liaise with Payroll/Timekeeping departments
• Partner with ERP Timekeeping & Labor group
• Ensure accuracy of labor cost elements
• Support S/4 SAP and payroll system upgrades
