Ivy Tech is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage student accounts, process payments, and handle third-party billing and scholarships. This role involves serving as a frontline resource, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Process student payments and manage account receivables
• Handle third-party billing and scholarship/voucher account management
• Serve as a knowledge resource for front-line staff
• Lead outreach for past due balances
• Strong Excel and cash management experience required
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
