About this role

Strada is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Reconciliation Analyst for a 6-month contract role to support financial reconciliations and process integrity. This position involves performing complex account reconciliations, investigating variances, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation and excellent analytical skills.

What we are looking for

Reconcile general ledger accounts comparing payroll activity against the general ledger
Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile funding activity
Investigate variances, complete root cause analysis, and recommend client intervention
Analyze accounting compliance issues and determine financial impacts
Support Managers with client engagement and provide functional support
Perform financial audits and analyze accounting compliance issues
