Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of client invoices, payments, and credit cards, while resolving discrepancies and fostering strong client relationships. You will collaborate closely with construction, design, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless billing and support process improvement initiatives. • Process client invoices, credit cards, and payments accurately
• Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with clients
• Liaise with project managers for job costing and invoice creation
• Maintain collection reports and follow up on payments
• Support process improvement for accounting systems
• Minimum 3 years of experience producing contract-specific invoices
