• Manage payroll processing, payment, and accounting
• Ensure payroll compliances (TDS, PF, PT, ESI, LWF)
• File quarterly/annual returns and issue Form 16
• Manage payroll tools and systems, suggesting upgrades
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Assist with various audits and prepare monthly schedules
