Accounting Associate (Temp 20hrs a week)

Circle K is seeking a temporary Accounting Associate for approximately 4-6 months, working about 20 hours per week. This role focuses on creating new vendor setups and updating existing vendor information in the ERP system, requiring strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Enter new vendor profiles in ERP
• Communicate with vendors to verify documentation
• Verify vendor updates are approved and documented
• One year of general office experience
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Proficient in MS Access, Excel, and Word
