Sr. Accounting Analyst

The Sr. Accounting Analyst will process purchase and personnel documents, reconcile cost centers, and provide bookkeeping and administrative support for the IT department. This role involves monitoring agreements, reviewing financial documents, and assisting with departmental accounting and budgeting.

• Processes complex purchase requisitions and payments
• Monitors warranty and maintenance agreements
• Reviews and corrects financial documents
• Assists with departmental accounting, budgeting, and reconciliations
• Processes personnel forms and reconciles payroll
• Coordinates travel arrangements and serves as travel card custodian
