Boeing is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to serve as a Program Finance Lead within the Strategic Missile and Defense Systems team. In this role, you will drive day-to-day execution, manage statement of work assignments, and integrate financial analysis for program forecasts and performance measurement. You will also develop performance reports, provide recommendations to senior management, and mentor junior analysts, contributing to process improvements and cross-functional engagements.

- Drives statement of work execution and manages assignments
- Integrates financial analysis for resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs)
- Develops and analyzes cost/schedule performance baselines, leveraging Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Prepares performance reports and provides variance analysis to senior management
- Mentors junior analysts and supports process improvement initiatives
- Requires Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a business-related function
