Tax Manager

OneOncology is seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax planning and compliance for their rapidly growing business. This new role will collaborate with corporate development, legal, and accounting teams to analyze the tax impact of strategic initiatives and report directly to the Director of Tax. The position is based in Nashville, TN, and requires strong communication skills with C-suite executives and external partners.

• Drive tax planning and compliance processes
• Forecast tax impact of operational and strategic initiatives
• Manage state and local tax items
• Communicate tax implications to stakeholders
• Optimize controls and coordinate with external tax consultants
• Compile GAAP financial data into income tax data
