Analyst - Financial Plan & Analysis

Support financial planning and analysis processes for Nuveen, focusing on AUM, Cap Raise, Revenue, and Expense workstreams. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports and variance analysis, and assist with monthly/quarterly close processes. This role also involves building management dashboards and driving process improvements.

• Support FP&A processes across AUM, Cap Raise, Revenue, and Expense
• Analyze financial data from various systems and sources
• Prepare reporting and variance analysis
• Support monthly and quarterly close and consolidation
• Build and maintain management dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Investigate discrepancies and drive process improvements
