As a Technical and Capital Accountant, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting and controls at Student Loans Company. You will provide technical accounting expertise, assess accounting treatments, and support statutory accounts preparation and audit activities. What we are looking for

CCAB qualified or part-qualified accountant with significant experience
Experience supporting statutory reporting, audit, and compliance
Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to apply standards
Experience engaging with stakeholders on financial reporting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Understanding of financial controls and governance
