AR / AP Accounting Analyst

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an AR/AP Accounting Analyst to manage global accounts receivable and collections, ensuring accurate invoicing and proactive client communication. This role also provides essential backup support for accounts payable processes and assists with accounting and audit functions. • Own global AR and collections, including invoicing and customer master records
• Proactively contact clients about past-due balances and resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide backup support for AP processes, including invoice processing and payment runs
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support audit requests
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and multi-currency transactions
• Strong English communication skills for client negotiation and issue resolution
