Lead Finance Specialist - Financial Reporting

As a Lead Finance Specialist, you will design and implement internal controls for accurate financial data, document reporting standards for CSRD, ISSB, and GHG, and collaborate with Sustainability, Controllership, and FP&A teams. You will also manage accounting for R&D federal funding and support audit and compliance for emissions reporting.

• Design and implement effective internal controls
• Document SOPs and control frameworks for CSRD, ISSB, EU Taxonomy, and GHG reporting
• Collaborate with Sustainability, Controllership, and FP&A teams
• Account for U.S. federal funding on R&D projects
• Support audit and compliance for emissions accounting and reporting
• Subject matter expert in financial disclosures, auditing, or consulting
