Property Accountant

As a Property Accountant at Z Modular, you will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting for our real estate assets and business operations. You will prepare financial statements, manage property accounting activities, and perform financial analysis to support sound decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and contribute to budgeting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Manage property accounting activities and cost allocations
• Perform financial analysis and variance reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and compliance efforts
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in property accounting or real estate
