Junior Analyst- General Accounting

JLL is seeking a Junior Analyst in General Accounting to support the Client Accounts Team. This role involves managing income and expenditure, preparing client reports, and assisting with banking summaries and statutory reporting. You will collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workload management and build strong working relationships.

• Support raising rental income and managing other income streams
• Process tenant refunds and produce completion statements
• Liaise with site staff for accurate service charge expenditure
• Assist with regular client reports and banking summaries
• Knowledge or experience of basic accounting/book-keeping
• Good computer literacy and communication skills
