Director, Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director to oversee corporate controllers, reporting, and accounting in New York. This role involves analyzing financial records, preparing regulatory statements, evaluating P&L exceptions, and collaborating with technology teams on efficiency initiatives and large-scale projects. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert on complex P&L issues and review outputs from global production teams.

• Prepare and review regulatory financial statements
• Evaluate monthly P&L exceptions and partner with Market Risk
• Collaborate with technology teams on efficiency initiatives and projects
• Gather user stories and work with developers on regulatory compliance
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on complex P&L issues
• Review outputs from global production teams
