- Develop financial models using Excel and ARGUS Enterprise
- Analyze operating statements, budgets, rent rolls, and leases
- Research industrial leasing and investment sales comparables
- Prepare financial exhibits for offering memoranda and client presentations
- Support due diligence and transaction execution
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
