Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting & Control

This role supports the Finance Controller in driving financial reporting, control, and compliance for Creative Service Line entities in the US. You will lead finance projects, review reconciliations, support audits, and assess the impact of policy changes.

• Drive finance projects including backlog clearance and process improvements
• Review Balance Sheet reconciliations and implement controls
• Support internal, local stat, and year-end group audits
• Assess impact of policy changes and reporting requirements
• Lead reconciliation between project management system and ERP
• Coordinate with various finance teams and stakeholders
