Staff Accountant

Wayne Farms is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Albertville, Alabama team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reconciling, and explaining profit and loss statements for our further processing operations. You will analyze financial data, manage inventory valuations, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes.

• Reconcile sales, purchases, and inventory data
• Analyze financial variances and explain profit/loss
• Perform inventory valuations and inter-company transactions
• Manage sales commission and freight accruals
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
