This role will lead public-company clients through complex SEC reporting requirements, overseeing the preparation and review of periodic filings. You will manage engagements, collaborate with client management and external auditors, and develop junior team members.
What we are looking for
6- Lead SEC reporting engagements for public companies
- Prepare and review Forms 10-Q and 10-K
- Coordinate reporting calendars and client deliverables
- Supervise and develop senior and associate staff
- Identify process improvements for SEC reporting
- Requires 5+ years of public accounting or SEC reporting experience
