Senior Accounting Associate

KISS Beauty Group is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Associate to support daily accounting operations and the monthly close process. This role involves handling journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and transaction review, ensuring accuracy and timely financial record-keeping across multiple entities.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Perform variance and trend analysis with clear explanations
• Support AP/AR activities and reconcile subledgers to the General Ledger
• Assist with process improvement and special projects
