• Manage and coordinate daily work and operations of finance staff
• Oversee monthly financial statements, budget, statistics, revenue, and expense
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement systems, policies, and procedures
• Establish and maintain effective communications with operational managers
• Manage financial reporting to Regulatory Agencies
• Manage year-end financial audit and quarterly/annual surveys
