Senior Financial Analyst, External Reporting

Aptiv is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to prepare SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. This role involves managing SEC reporting processes, interpreting accounting requirements, and supporting financial communications and audits. The position requires a CPA, 3-5 years of accounting experience, and thorough knowledge of SEC rules.

• Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
• Manage SEC reporting processes and implement new requirements
• Interpret emerging accounting and disclosure requirements
• Prepare financial communications for Audit Committee
• Review financial information for investor relations documents
• Support external audits and SOX compliance
