Financial Accountant

Join URW's Finance team as a Financial Accountant in London, playing a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of our UK business. You will lead statutory reporting, manage audits, and collaborate with various internal and external teams to support corporate initiatives and maintain high governance standards.

• Lead preparation of statutory accounts for UK entities (IFRS, FRS 101/102)
• Manage statutory audits end-to-end, acting as primary auditor contact
• Prepare consolidated statutory accounts and coordinate tax filings
• Support corporate finance activities and provide technical accounting guidance
• Improve financial reporting systems, processes, and controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Tax, Legal, Treasury) and external stakeholders
