Reinsurance Accounting Associate

KKR is seeking an Associate to support complex reinsurance accounting processes within its Insurance Segment. This role involves overseeing key accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with various internal teams. The position requires strong technical accounting skills, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Oversee key accounting processes for reinsurance
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Support monthly/quarterly closing procedures and journal entries
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and operations teams
• Assist with audit requests and control documentation
• Support automation and finance transformation projects
