Finance Controlling Specialist

Oversee financial planning, controlling, compliance, and reporting for the Global Capability Center. Ensure accurate financial management through budgeting, month-end reporting, variance analysis, and adherence to internal controls. Partner with various finance and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance and support effective decision-making.

• Monthly financial preparation for GCC business and cross-charge
• Budgeting and controlling of GCC overheads
• Ensure compliance to Control Framework
• Support local Legal Entity and Taxation teams
• Perform variance analysis for P&L and Balance Sheet
• Perform Controls (Sox / Non-Sox) and ensure compliance
