What we are looking for

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Partner with business leaders for financial insights and decision support
Analyze workforce and operating costs, identifying risks and opportunities
Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses
Prepare executive reporting and variance analysis
6+ years of progressive FP&A or business partnering experience
