Operations Account Specialist

Triumph is seeking an Operations Account Specialist to manage the post-purchase lifecycle of factoring clients. This role involves proactive collections, payment application oversight, dispute resolution, and account monitoring to ensure portfolio health and positive client outcomes. You will partner closely with Account Executives to maintain strong client relationships and operational efficiency.

• Manage collection efforts for assigned client portfolios
• Oversee payment processing and application
• Monitor account aging and concentration risks
• Support dispute resolution and track invoices
• Partner with Account Executives on portfolio health
• Maintain accurate collection notes and performance metrics
