Assistant Finance Controller

Partner with the Finance Controller and business leaders to support India's finance operations. This role oversees core finance and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with reporting, audit, tax, and statutory obligations while providing critical financial insights for strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

• Oversee finance, accounting, reporting, audit, tax, and statutory compliance for the Indian entity
• Provide financial insights and commercial acumen to influence key decisions
• Steer the organization through expansion with sound financial and legal judgment
• Define and monitor financial KPIs, compare performance against budgets, and coordinate corrective actions
• Enforce SOP compliance in finance processes
• Develop and mentor the accounts team
